Culinary Living · Food at Lostura
Made for long tables and unhurried meals.
Two indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen and time to let lunch become dinner beneath the trees.
A day gathered around food
Dinner begins before the table is set.
It begins with coffee, a market basket and no fixed schedule. Tomatoes still warm from the sun, fish chosen that morning, olive oil, bread and a bottle waiting to be opened. At Lostura, cooking is not a task between the memorable parts of the day. It is one of them.
Two indoor kitchens · Outdoor preparation area · Traditional chimney grillRoom to cook together
Two kitchens. One easy rhythm.
One person starts breakfast while another makes coffee. Families can move at different speeds; friends can prepare more than one part of the meal without crowding the same worktop. The villa’s two indoor kitchens make shared stays feel generous and natural.

The second indoor kitchen
A separate space when the group needs it.
Set within its own social room, the villa’s second indoor kitchen gives families and friends an additional place for breakfast, snacks or parallel preparation. It is this extra room — rather than a longer amenity list — that makes cooking for a full house feel comfortable.

From the kitchen to the garden
Open the doors. Let lunch wander outside.
The dining room opens to the covered terrace, so preparation, conversation and the table never feel separated. Breakfast slips into the garden. Lunch stretches into the afternoon. Nobody needs to decide whether the day is happening inside or out.

Cooking outside
Fresh fish. Garden vegetables. Fire at the centre.
Beside the outdoor kitchen and shaded table, the traditional chimney grill is made for cooking — local fish, meat and vegetables over the fire while everyone gathers close by. It is practical, social and unmistakably Mediterranean.

The long table
Lunch has no reason to end early.
Plates arrive as they are ready. Somebody opens another bottle. Children disappear into the garden and return for dessert. The covered table beneath the trees turns a simple meal into the shape of the day.

Beyond summer
When the evenings turn cooler, gather by the fire.
The indoor fireplace is not part of the cooking setup. It belongs to what comes afterwards: a warm house, dinner close by, wine and conversation that continues without watching the clock. It gives autumn and winter stays their own quieter form of Mediterranean pleasure.
