Family stays near Zadar
Two families catching up. Three generations making memories. A private house where being together still leaves room to be yourself.

01 / Two families
There are friends you keep promising to see more often. Here, you can make a week of it. Coffee before the house wakes up, children comparing their plans for the day, and a lunch that nobody needs to rush.
Four bedrooms and two indoor kitchens give a shared stay flexibility. Prepare an earlier meal, take a quiet moment in the living room, or meet outside when the grill is ready. You do not need to spend every hour doing the same thing.
Different plans for the morning. The same table for dinner.
See how the bedrooms could workChoose a beach outing or Nin’s salt story, with a pace that suits your group.
A swim with the children, a book in the shade, or an unhurried meal prepared together.

02 / Parents, children & grandparents
The best family memories are often the small ones. Breakfast with grandparents. A familiar story told one more time. Everyone coming back to the house with something different to talk about.
A multigenerational stay does not have to mean one timetable. Some might choose a longer outing; others a shorter walk or an afternoon at the villa. What matters is having a place to come back together.
And if the weather changes, the day can move indoors: cooking, a film, or simply more time on the sofa. The house is part of the holiday, not just somewhere to sleep.

Three double beds and two single beds, across four rooms. The whole villa is reserved for your group — these are not separately bookable apartments.

Double bed
Two double rooms for the parents. The twin room and remaining double room for the children. In this example, two children share a double bed — check that this suits your family before booking.
A double room for each adult couple and the twin room for the children, leaving the third double room unused. Choose rooms together once the practical access details have been discussed.
Illustrative sleeping arrangements, not a floor plan. Room position, stairs, bathroom access and bed dimensions should be confirmed with the owner for your group.
A little planning, a more relaxed stay
Tell us who is travelling and what would make the stay comfortable. If steps, mobility, sleeping arrangements or equipment for young children matter, ask before you book so the details can be checked.
Children need active adult supervision around the pool and jacuzzi. If your group needs step-free access, pool barriers or baby equipment, please confirm the specific arrangements with us before reserving.
